Arthritis Action - Living Well With Arthritis
Arthritis Action’s ‘Living well with arthritis’ events are informative online events designed to introduce our self-management approach, to help you learn more strategies to help improve your physical health and mental wellbeing when living with arthritis.
Held over zoom, they cover a range of topics including the importance of physical activity, diet and how it can affect your arthritis, pain management, pacing, communication, working with health care professionals, and more.
Our tailored ‘Living well with arthritis’ events will give you the opportunity to put some of what you learn into practice and share your experiences with others. The events are free to attend and open to people with all forms of arthritis, from any location.
