Tai Chi - 4 Week Sessions

The sessions will run every Wednesday online via Zoom for 4 weeks as below:

Wednesday 1 May 2024 from 5.30pm - 6.15pm

Wednesday 8 May 2024 from 5.30pm - 6.15pm

Wednesday 15 May 2024 from 5.30pm - 6.15pm

Wednesday 22 May 2024 from 5.30pm - 6.15pm

Improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi for Health staff programme. Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress. In these sessions we will explore Tai Chi by learning a basic Tai Chi form (routine). Ideal for anyone interested in learning more but also suitable for beginners.
