We are delighted to partner with Benenden Health to provide EA Staff with face to face Health Checks, these will include:

1. Biometric Analysis – a breakdown of percentages and masses of the various components of your body such as muscle mass, body fat, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age and more.
2. Blood Pressure
3. Cholesterol Levels – a finger stick blood test measures the levels of various types of cholesterol in your blood stream.
4. Diabetes Risk – a finger stick blood test measures the level of glucose in your blood
5. Muscular Health – this test measures the strengths of your hand grip using a dynamometer. Good grip strength is associated with a decreased risk of functional limitations and frailty in later life.
6. Health advice and Cancer awareness – you will receive information which highlights simple life changes to help maintain good health
7. Results – you will receive all results during your appointment

Health Checks will take place in the EA Dundonald Office, Grahamsbridge Rd, Dundonald, Belfast BT16 2HS on Thursday 13th June 2024
