New Year Pilates: Tuesday's 6pm

Get your New Year off to a core strengthening start with our Tuesday evening (6pm to 7pm) online classes for Pilates. Suitable for all abilities.

Anne from 360 Active Fitness is back to take us through our paces for a stronger, healthier body; and all that whilst having fun.

Classes run for 11 weeks starting on Tuesday 21st January 2025 until Tuesday 8th April 2025 with a week off for half term (11th February)

Pilates is a great way to strengthen those hard-to-reach core muscles which in turn strengthens, tones and aligns our body. Pilates is recommended for supporting balance, posture and flexibility. During the class Anne will provide gentle options for beginners and more advanced options for those ready for a bigger challenge.

Sessions will run LIVE on Zoom on every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm during January, February, March and April.
