The Consumer Council will deliver an interactive webinar offering advice and information about electricity, oil and gas and how to make sure you are getting the best deal from your energy provider. During this bitesize webinar we will also look at ways to save money and be more energy efficient and what to do if something goes wrong.

The Consumer Council has powers to investigate complaints about energy, water, transport, and postal services and undertake research to understand local consumer issues.

The Consumer Council has returned £2million to consumers over the past five years.
