Join Anne from 360 Active Fitness for the online Spring Pilates classes which will take place every Tuesday evening from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. The classes are suitable for all abilities with gentle options for beginners and more advanced options for those ready for a bigger challenge

Pilates is a great way to strengthen those hard-to-reach core muscles which in turn strengthens, tones and aligns our body. Pilates is recommended for supporting balance, posture and flexibility.
Classes run for 7 weeks starting on Tuesday 29th April 2025 until Tuesday 10th June 2025
Sessions will run LIVE on Zoom on every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm
