Join Ryan McQuillian for his 4 week online Tai Chi sessions and discover the ancient art of movement, meditation and breathwork.

Sessions will be taking place weekly on:
- Wednesday 17 September from 5.30pm - 6.15pm
- Wednesday 24 September from 5.30pm - 6.15pm
- Wednesday 1 October from 5.30pm - 6.15pm
- Wednesday 8 October from 5.30pm - 6.15pm
Once registered Ryan will issue ZOOM link prior to commencement
