It’s important more than ever, whether you are a keyworker, self-isolating or working from home during social distancing that you look after your mental health and well-being. Such times can cause our resilience levels to dip, but there are plenty of things you can do to get through this difficult time to build resilience, such as ‘The four A’s; Avoid, Alter, Adapt & Accept’.
