EA “Eat Well, Work Well from Home” free nutrition webinar

Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Staying at home

EA recognises the difficulties that we all are faced with while navigating through our new way of working.  One of those challenges is nutrition.

As part of EA's Health & Wellbeing Strategy we highlighted within our “Healthy Bodies” theme that nutrition plays a major role in  physical health which has an interrelated link on our mental health.

Some of our EA Health & Wellbeing Champions recently took part in a live online webinar with Jane McClenaghan from Vital Nutrition internally branded as Eat Well, Work Well from Home.

Jane provided lots of tips and advice to help us keep well while juggling our new routine of working from home.  From planning our shop, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacking ideas and valuable information on the right foods to eat to improve our energy and sleep.
