EA's Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme (NON TEACHING STAFF)
Managing Your MoneyEA is delighted to launch its first Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
The scheme will enable eligible EA staff to make tax and national insurance savings whilst driving a new, fully maintained and fully insured vehicle. This scheme has been accessed through the CPC Drive National Framework. Through CPC Drive and their partner Tusker, a range of vehicles will be available (subject to affordability).

What is the eligibility criteria?
- EA non-teaching employee (on EA payroll)
- 6 months continuous service
- A contract in place longer than the term you are applying for.
How do I access the Tusker portal to browse vehicles within my affordability criteria?
You can create an account (or log-in to your existing account) at the following https://eabenefits.vivup.co.uk/
- Select the Car scheme from the list of available benefits, you will find a link directing you to the CPC Drive portal
- Select ‘create an account’ at the top right of the screen (in green)
- Where it states company code clear the field and enter – EAN2
- Where is states Employee / Payroll / NI Number or Work Email address, enter your 8 digit EA payroll number only
- Create password and accept Privacy Policy to complete account creation
- Then log in and start to browse cars.
