For those of you who have attended the Introductory course with Caroline or have delved into Mindfulness practice in the past and want to reinforce your learning, this on line programme will delve further into the history, practices and techniques of Mindfulness; bringing you a deeper sense of calmness and an unjudging acceptance of the present moment.

Take a little time out for yourself each Tuesday at 4pm starting on 21st September.
