Move and Stretch: 6 weeks online programme

Back by popular demand our very own Anne Bresland from 360 Active Fitness brings you a shake up and a move your body class to wipe away the cobwebs, get the blood pumping and energise our day with easy but very effective movements to those otherwise neglected joints.

For those with a feeling that your body is tight and a need to release those hips, shoulders and lower back then this class is for you.

Move & Stretch to release your joints and improve your mobility and flexibility. No impact or choreography. Mat and towel are the only requirements.

This class is a must for those who need a bit of a shimmy away from the desk or whiteboard and get fit whilst having a great deal of fun.

These classes are for 6 weeks every Thursday at 4.00pm - 5.00pm.
