In April 2021 EA Health & Wellbeing arranged for Kith & Kith Financial Wellbeing to deliver an AVC’s information session to all members of the NITPS covering a range of important aspects of financial planning for retirement.

Following the AVC’s information session we asked all attendees to complete a short evaluation. Taking into account the results of the evaluations we realise that AVC’s are a complex financial matter and that staff may need further support and signposting to help guide them when making financial choices to suit their personal circumstances.

Kith & Kin Financial Wellbeing offer Education Authority staff FREE confidential one to one financial advice on a range of financial matters including AVC’s.
