Pilates: 6 week course: starting on Tuesday 4 May 2021 at 4pm (lasting approx 45 mins)  

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on the core.  Pilates helps to improve general fitness, overall wellbeing and positivity.
