Sleep Workshop: How to get a Good Night’s Sleep - Wednesday 12th March 4.00pm – 5.00pm

A good night’s sleep is essential for your physical and mental wellbeing.

If you are having problems with sleeping (not getting enough sleep/ disrupted sleep/ difficulty getting back to sleep/ early morning waking, then come along to this workshop. Topics covered include:

  • The signs and symptoms of sleep deprivation.
  • The importance of sleep for higher level brain function and cognitive performance.
  • The sleep cycle and information on common sleep disorders.
  • How to manage stressful thoughts that may have an impact on your sleep quality.
  • Tips on how to create the right routine for a good night’s sleep.
