Hallow E'en at the Hub - 30th October 4-7pm
Come light up the darkness this Hallow E'en in C.S. Lewis Square, east Belfast. Come in freaky fancy dress, bring your Broom (Bike) and join Sustrans for some spooktacular fun!
Take a ride around the Square and the adjoining traffic free greenways - the Connswater and Comber Greenway. Please note this is not a Led ride, and all children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring your friends, parents and grandparents for a lot of family fun - and get them to dress up too! Don't forget to come with lights on your bikes to be safe and seen while cycling at twilight. This is the culmination of Sustrans 'Keep 'er Lit' campaign running through October to encourage the public to light up their bikes and cycle for longer into the darker days of autumn.
There will be lots of FREE activities at the magical Square including:
- A themed treasure hunt with the freedom to explore the greenways
- Helmet & bike decorating (don’t forget your lights!)
- Bike maintenance tips
- Bike registration with PSNI
- Advice on how to ‘Keep er Lit’ and stay safe in the saddle this autumn
- Freebies, spot prizes, cycling retail discount vouchers
- Hot chocolate and other goodies...
It’s gonna be so ghoul!!
