Shane Martin – Moodwatchers – The Psychology of Resilience – How to Cultivate Resilience Within Ourselves & Others

Tuesday 25th February 2025 – 4.00pm – 5.00pm

Life is an imperfect journey, and crisis is guaranteed. There will always be setbacks and misfortunes. Resilience is the ability to adapt to the challenges of life. It is about bouncing back rather than falling apart.

Resilience is about learning how to cope – tapping into our own resources and fostering inner strengths to stay ‘standing’ during and after a crisis.

Join Shane Martin from Moodwatchers as he looks at the practical strategies that we can incorporate into our lives and at work to give ourselves a much better chance of becoming mentally stronger. This seminar outlines some evidence-based strategies linked to creating greater resilience during challenges.

Date: Thursday 25th February 2025

Time: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
