Tai Chi - 4 Week Sessions

Join Ryan to help improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi programme.
Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.
The sessions will run every Wednesday online via Zoom for 4 weeks as below:
- Wednesday 30 April 2025 from 5.30pm – 6.15pm
- Wednesday 7 May 2025 from 5.30pm – 6.15pm
- Wednesday 14 May 2025 from 5.30pm – 6.15pm
- Wednesday 21 May 2025 from 5.30pm – 6.15pm
Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress. In these sessions we will explore Tai Chi by learning a basic Tai Chi form (routine). Ideal for anyone interested in learning more but also suitable for beginners.
