The EA Health & Wellbeing Team in partnership with Inspire have arranged this webinar to help support individual well-being.

Although we may use the words worry and anxiety interchangeably, the two are very different. Worry tends to be more focused on thoughts in our heads, while anxiety is more visceral in that we feel it throughout our bodies.

The session last 1 hours and will look at:-

  • What is worry and anxiety?
  • What does worry feel like?
  • What trigger worry and anxiety?
  • When does worry become a problem?
  • What can I do about worry?
