The EA Health & Wellbeing Team in partnership with MindWise have arranged this webinar to provide staff with information and understanding of mental health issues, and to promote participants awareness of their own wellbeing.

KEY LEARNING POINTS:

  • Understand what is meant by the term’s mental health; mental illness and mental wellbeing
  • Knowledge of the prevalence of mental health issues in Northern Ireland
  • Explore the impact of stigma and discrimination
  • Knowledge of the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health difficulties including depression; stress & anxiety
  • Support someone who has mental health difficulties and signpost for support
  • Identify what promotes your own mental wellbeing
  • Develop an action plan to put training into practice

This is 3.5 hour session and will be delivered by MindWise
