Mindfulness: 6 week course

Mindfulness NI on behalf of the Health and Wellbeing team

6 week course begins Monday 11 January 2021  4pm to 4.45pm

Set aside a bit of time every week just for you to learn the theory and practice of Mindfulness.  Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and irritability whilst improving concentration and memory.  What a great way to learn to be happier, healthier and more accepting of the present moment as it is!
