Pilates (all abilities)
It's time to limber up again and leave the lazy summer days behind. Join us in Term 1 every Tuesday at 6pm for Pilates and get our core strength back in condition. Pilates is great for strengthening our backs and great for improving posture, mobility and keeping the core of out body strong and vital. The classes are for all abilities with different variation of movement provided by the instructor.
Classes are provided by Anne each week on zoom with the option to catch up on her facebook feed at any time.
We will run classes every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm from 17th September 2024 to 10 December 2024 with 2 weeks off at half term:
17th and 24th September, 1st, 8th, 15th October,
NO CLASS 23rd and 30th October
5th, 12th, 19th , 26th November, 3rd and 10th December
