Libraries NI is delighted to launch Give It A Go, during February with a programme of events to encourage and inspire people to try something new or to learn a new skill.
We observe European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week from January 15 to 21 this year— the penultimate week of January. We use this week to spread awareness about cervical cancer and its effects.
Safer Internet Day takes place in February of each year to raise awareness of a safer and better internet for all, and especially for children and young people.
This year, Random Acts of Kindness Day falls on February 17, 2024. The general “Kindness Week” it is attached to, takes place from February 13 through February 19.
