Peach & Raspberry Smoothie

Diabetes UK

A fruit smoothie makes an ideal accompaniment to breakfast or lunch. Children love them too!

  • Serves 2
  • Prep 5 minutes

  • 213g can peaches in juice, drained
  • 150g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 150g carton plain yogurt
  • 150ml semi-skimmed milk

Step 1

Blend together all the ingredients and serve.

Recipe tips

  • For a dairy-free version, use soya milk and a soy-based yogurt alternative.
  • On a really hot day, add 8-10 ice cubes before blending to create a fruity ‘slush’.
