Pilates

Pilates is a form of excercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength.  Pilates helps to improve general fitness, overall wellbeing and similar to Yoga, it focuses on posture, balance, flexibility and mind-body connection.

As part of the 'physical health' programme this January, the Health and Wellbeing team are pleased to present two 6 weeks courses of Pilates for you to chose from:
