Yoga for Beginners is a 6 week class to introduce you to the techniques of Yoga and help you increase your flexibility; strengthen and tone muscle; improve your breathing, energy and vitality and balance your metabolism. Take time out each week to enjoy a gentle, low impact class introducing you to the poses and stretches of Yoga and leaving you relaxed for the week ahead.
