NICHS Employee Health Checks 2026

The EA Health and Wellbeing team have arranged for staff Health Checks to take place in EA offices during January and February 2026.

The health checks will be carried out by NICHS and will consist of a 30-minute one-to-one consultation.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain an overview of your health and avail of advice and guidance from a health practitioner on:-

  • Atrial Fibrillation (irregular heart beat)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Resting heart rate
  • Cholesterol (total, HDL, LDL & triglycerides)
  • Blood glucose (non-fasting)
  • Body Composition (BMI, body fat %, body water %, visceral fat rating)
  • Tailored lifestyle advice.
  • Confidential personalised report

The health checks will be held in the following locations:-

  • EA Belfast Office – Tuesday 13th January 2026
  • EA Dundonald Office – Thursday 22nd January 2026
  • EA Omagh Office – Friday 6th February 2026
  • EA Armagh Office – Tuesday 24th February 2026

Before your appointment can be confirmed you will be asked to complete a short set of pre-screening questions. This will only take 3–5 minutes. Please note: Your booking IS NOT CONFIRMED until this step is completed.

You will receive an email containing your booking details (please check your junk emails)

Please note:-

  • Spaces are limited and will be on a first come basis. There will be further dates for health checks arranged again for later in the year.
  • You are asked to only register for one appointment – please do not register for friends and family as NICHS will require you to complete pre-screening questions
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact NICHS through the booking link you will receive once you have registered and they can cancel your appointment and allocate the appointment to someone on the waiting list.
