Term 1 EA HealthWell Programme (Sept – Dec 23)

Term 1 of the 2023/24 EA HealthWell Programme is now available for all EA staff (schools and services) to avail of.

Celebrating its fifth birthday the programme continues to support staff to be proactive with respect to their own self-care.

Term 1 contains the latest health and wellbeing initiatives, sessions and campaigns taking place over the next four months (September – December 2023). This equates to

  • 31 live and interactive session/ initiatives and
  • Over 200 24/7 (anytime accessible) sessions across the Health and Wellbeing Strategy themes.

There are sessions and events for everyone to get involved with.

EA health and Wellbeing will continue to add to the programme during this time and endeavour to respond to additional demand where possible.

The Term 1 newsletter also highlights and promotes;

  • The Employee Assistance Programme
  • The Benenden Health Scheme 
  • The Cycle 2 Work scheme
  • The Health and Wellbeing Champions network
  • Mandatory Attendance Management training (managers)
  • And more
