A great morning on Saturday at the Dungannon Park Parkrun with members from EA Running Network and some of our EA Walking Network coming together. Pictured here enjoying some of the refreshments after their run and walk.

The next Parkrun meet up for the EA Running Network is at Portrush Parkrun, East Strand Beach on Saturday 22 June 2024. Run commences at 9.30am.

Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog or run your way round a 5k course.

Parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last.

Everyone is welcome to come along.
