What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a form of meditation that can help participants cope with the challenges we all are facing at this difficult time.

It involves giving our full attention to what is happening in the present moment in our body, our mind, and our surroundings.

About the mindfulness sessions

Each of one-hour sessions will be delivered on the Zoom platform which can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, laptop, or PC with an internet connection.
