The Consumer Council’s Pulse Survey

Financial Health

If you live in Northern Ireland, we want to hear from you.

The Consumer Council’s Pulse Survey is your chance to let us know what you think about what’s happening in Northern Ireland at the moment, including the cost of living, Christmas, availability of taxis, fuel prices, and food.

About the Consumer Council

The Consumer Council is Northern Ireland’s consumer body, responsible for protecting and safeguarding the rights and interests of people here.

We do many things to help consumers in Northern Ireland, such as providing free expert advice, complaint handling, and engaging with government, regulators, and consumer bodies, to ensure that consumer rights are protected.

Take part in the Consumer Council’s Pulse Survey

To help us do this, we carry out research which helps us to understand and pin-point current and future risks to consumers, such as price increases, bank closures, or public transport changes.

As a Northern Ireland citizen, we want to hear from you about what you think life is like here. In our November 2021 survey, we want to know what you think about current issues relating to increasing fuel prices, the cost of living, availability of taxis, and food.

The survey will take around 2-4 minutes to complete, and by taking part, you are helping to make sure that the Consumer Council are aware of current issues which are impacting consumers who live in Northern Ireland.
