The Health and Wellbeing team, as part of the physical programme for January bring you:

Yoga (general): 6 week course

begins Friday 15 January 2021 12pm to 1pm

This 6 week course is for those yoga enthusiasts who have done some basic yoga already and are wanting to move up a level. All you need is a mat and some space and comfy clothing. Whilst you get into your calm zone you will also be strengthening and toning; increasing your flexibility; improving your breathing and energy and improving your overall vitality. What a better way to head into the weekend!
