EA is delighted to launch its first Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme. Initially this is for non-teaching EA staff. During Term 1 we are aiming to launch the EA teachers strand of this scheme.

The scheme will enable eligible EA staff to make tax and national insurance savings whilst driving a new, fully maintained and fully insured vehicle. This scheme has been accessed through the CPC Drive National Framework. Through CPC Drive and their partner Tusker, a range of vehicles will be available (subject to affordability).

What is included?

• Fully comprehensive motor insurance

• All routine servicing, MOT and fair wear and tear maintenance

• A home charging point and standard installation with electric and plug-in hybrid cars - (Subject to eligibility https://cpcdrive.com/welcome/charge-point-info/)

• Replacement tyres

• Annual Road Fund Licence

• Full Breakdown and Recovery assistance

• Provision for certain lifestyle events (resignation, redundancy, and maternity leave and others).

What is the eligibility criteria?

  • EA non-teaching employee (on EA payroll)
  • 6 months continuous service
  • A contract in place longer than the term you are applying for.

How do I access the Tusker portal to browse vehicles within my affordability criteria?

You can create an account (or log-in to your existing account) at the following https://eabenefits.vivup.co.uk/

  1. Select the Car scheme from the list of available benefits, you will find a link directing you to the CPC Drive portal
  2. Select ‘create an account’ at the top right of the screen (in green)
  3. Where it states company code clear the field and enter – EAN2
  4. Where is states Employee / Payroll / NI Number or Work Email address, enter your 8 digit EA payroll number only
  5. Create password and accept Privacy Policy to complete account creation
  6. Then log in and start to browse cars.
