The EA Health & Wellbeing Team in partnership with MindWise have arranged this webinar to help equip managers with information and identify ways to support positive mental wellbeing in the workplace and develop team resilience.

KEY LEARNING POINTS:

  • Prevalence of mental health issues in the workplace
  • Why does good mental health matter? – the business case.
  • Prevention: Helping individuals and teams to stay well and managing stress
  • Early intervention: Spotting the signs of stress and poor mental health in individuals and teams within the workplace
  • Encourage people to talk about their mental health: Supporting staff to stay well and in work
  • Assess what you, as a manager, and what your organisation already does, to support individuals and teams with mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Explore what you, as a manager, and what your organisation could consider, to support individuals and teams with mental health & wellbeing in the workplace and develop an action plan

This is 3.5 hour session and will be delivered by MindWise
