Arthritis/Back Pain/Joint Pain

Is working from home or in the office causing you back pain?

In this vlog, lead Wellbeing Coach Grant Payne shows some effective ways to improve your posture to decrease back pain and body ache from long sitting work hours.

Having good posture helps to keep your bones and joints in alignment. It can also help to prevent fatigue because muscles are being used more efficiently, allowing the body to use less energy.

There are so many additional benefits to getting your posture right which include preventing lower back pain, less tension in our shoulders and necks, improved circulation and digestion. Posture improvement can also positively affect self-esteem and self-confidence.
