‘Shop, Cook & Save’ video series have been launched on the Public Health Dietitians YouTube channel showing how you can eat well on a budget.

Batch cooking to saving on your food shop, there are lots of tips and tricks you can use to save some money and make healthier choices.

The Public Health Agency have released a promotional video to support this launch, listen to Senior Health and Social Wellbeing Improvement Officer, Dr Hannah McCourt, telling us more about the brand-new 'Shop, Cook and Save' series developed by the Public Health Dietitians Group.
