JUMP INTO JUNE - SUMMER STEP CHALLENGE - Tue, 1 June 2021

Men's Health / Women's Health

To end the 20/21 academic year on a physical and mental high the EA Health & Wellbeing team invite you to take part in the Jump into June – Summer Step challenge.

With summer almost upon us there is no better time to get out there and enjoy the great outdoors, helping us all to stay active and connect with each other.

During the 30 days of June we will bring you a new theme each week and offer words of encouragement, motivational tips, education and challenges to help you and your team achieve your goals and have some fun along the way.

Jump into June begins on Tuesday 1 June 2021 and will last for 30 days. The first theme of the June Step Challenge will cover Mindfulness.

Each team will be made up of 3 members from any department or school across the Education Authority.

The challenge will finish on a Sunday each week. Your Team Leader will then forward us the team total on a Monday by 12.00 noon at the latest.
