In a world where we are constantly having long to-do lists, sitting in front of screens and juggling responsibilities it can be hard to be present with what's going on in the here and now. Being stuck in our head too much can cause stress and anxiety. By finding ways to ground ourselves, we are able to recharge through positive experiences.
