Menopause Q&A – Join the Conversation

Women's Health

Date: Wednesday 23 October

Time: 2.00pm – 3.00pm

Hosted by: Cheryl Lythgoe, Society Matron, Benenden Health

October is Menopause Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on the physical, emotional, and psychological changes women experience during menopause. It’s also a chance to foster understanding, support, and open dialogue.

You are invited to a Menopause Q&A session with Cheryl Lythgoe, Society Matron at Benenden Health where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and learn more about how to manage symptoms and improve wellbeing during this natural life stage.

Whether you're going through menopause, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, this session is for you.

Let’s break the silence, bust the myths, and support each other
