In March 2021 Business in the Community NI (BITCNI) delivered a number of Menopause training session designed for EA managers and staff across schools and services.

The sessions covered

  • What the menopause is including the physical, psychological and emotional impacts.
  • Creating a positive workplace culture - including reasonable adjustments
  • How to manage menopause matters at work including how to handle sensitive conversations, strategies etc.
  • How nutrition and exercise can support staff during the menopause.
