Open Water Swimming Network Meet Up

Men's Health / Women's Health / Workplace Health

Our EA Open Water Swimming Network had another meet up on Saturday 17th September in Lough Macrory.

Mo and Paul from wildswim.ie joined us once again to share their wisdom and water safety techniques.

Everyone was able to chat and take action on what they would like to improve on and some even came along to to see what it was like - with the promise that they will be entering the water during the next meet up!

Our network is continually growing and if you would like to join please email healthandwellbeing@eani.org.uk
