Daily Mindfulness Sessions for EA Staff

EA Staff can avail of free daily Mindfulness Meditation sessions as well as Saturday Mindfulness workshops.

Caroline Stewart from Mindfulness NI is delivering these daily meditation at the follow set times:-

  • 7.15am – Unguided meditation
  • 7.30am – 7.45am – Guided meditation
  • 9.00pm – 9.15pm – Guided meditation

 

  • A weekly mindfulness workshop will be held on Saturday afternoon from 3.00pm – 4.00pm

These sessions with be provided via Zoom web conferencing on your Device or PC.
