Content

Mindfulness seeks to develop and nourish present moment awareness. It helps us pay attention to the immediate moment noticing what is actually here, non-judgementally with the attitude of friendly curiosity about everything that arises. Mindfulness practice leads to less worry about the past or future, less criticism of self and others and more acceptance of the present moment as it is.

It will support:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved concentration and memory
  • Greater happiness
  • More fulfilling relationships
  • Bolstering the immune system
  • Reduce illnesses such as depression, chronic pain and cancer
