International Women’s Day 2021 and New EA Menopause Workplace Policy

Women's Health

Today (8.3.21) is International Women’s Day 2021 and to mark this day we are delighted to launch our New EA Menopause Workplace Policy.

EA is committed to ensuring that all individuals are treated fairly and with dignity and respect in their working environment. It is also committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all our colleagues. We understand that others may experience menopause-type symptoms, while we use the words woman/she/her throughout the document, this support is designed for all our colleagues.

Please watch the virtual launch of the policy in partnership with Trade Unions.

Check out our animation video detailing the contents of the Policy.
