Starting on 20 January 2026, these free, accessible classes take place on Tuesdays from 11:00am to 12 noon via Zoom, offering a chance to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your body and mind from home.What to ExpectLed by experienced yoga instructor Siri Meylahn, these sessions focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, these classes are adaptable and welcoming for all levels.Each month features a different theme:January – Gentle GroundingWe are beginning the year with a slow and grounding practice to allow us to feel rooted, held and calm. In our January classes you can expect a mix of both gentle and strong postures focusing on finding the foundation of our yoga practice.
February – Self-love Our February classes are all about self-love. In these classes you can expect gentle and uplifting sequences to create space and release tension around the upper body, including the chest, shoulders, upper back and neck.
March – Embracing ChangeAs spring approaches, we move with the change of season.
