What's your heart age?

February is National Heart Month. During February, why not Check your Heart Age? This is an interactive tool provided by the NHS and takes less than 2 minutes to complete.

The Heart Age Test:

  • Tells you your heart age compared to your real age
  • Explains why it's important to know your blood pressure and cholesterol number
  • Gives advice on how to reduce your heart age

 

You will find out what affects your heart age, as well as lifestyle changes you can make to improve your heart age.
