EA Staff take a Dip

Men's Health / Women's Health / Workplace Health / Get Fit

Our EA Open Water Swimming Network met for the very first time on Monday 27 June 2022 at Moira Lakes. We were greeted by Mo McCoy and Paul McCambridge from wildswim.ie who after some safety briefing brought us to the water to undertake some one to one coaching and sharing of techniques and key information in all aspects of open water swimming.

We ended the afternoon with some tea and buns and all in all it was a wholesome fun filled afternoon.

We are already planning our next one, to ensure you are not missing out join our Open Water Swimming Network now by emailing healthandwellbeing@eani.org.uk
