The EA Health & Wellbeing Team in partnership with Inspire will deliver a webinar to help support “healthy minds” and individual well-being.

As human beings, we each need to take personal responsibility to be effective in our wellbeing in order to improve and maintain our personal and professional performance, regardless of our grade or role in the workplace.

The webinar will covering the following:-

  • What is wellbeing?
  • How can I look after myself with ongoing pressures?
  • How can I motivate myself in turbulent times?
  • What does this mean for my mental health and those around me?
  • What does this mean for my communication and interaction with others?
  • What strategies can I use to help me become more effective with wellbeing in mind?

This session will be delivered by Stephen Wray from Inspire and will last 1½ hours.
