Six weeks to Super Health is designed to help boost energy levels, manage weight and curb sugar cravings. It will be fun, interactive and in a supportive environment.

The course provides expert advice, recipe ideas, motivational tips, shopping lists and nutrition factsheets to help keep you reach your goals.

Yoga – 6 weeks Beginner’s Course - ONLINE

A class to exercise body, mind and soul. Stretches and poses using breath technique for better flexibility, inner calm and sense of wellbeing.

These classes are designed to develop and strengthen your core. You will learn low impact movements that will build strength and endurance to gain better postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Zumba – 6 week course - ONLINE

Zumba takes the "work" out of the workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective! Super fun!

High Intensity Interval training HIIT: 6 week course - ONLINE

Sitting down all day? Is your body feeling tight? Lower back, hips and shoulders need releasing? Move & Stretch to release your joints and improve your mobility and flexibility. No impact or choreography. Mat and towel are the only requirements.
