Employee MOT Health Checks - EA Offices March 2022

Heart Health

The Health and Wellbeing team have arranged for staff MOT Health Checks to take place in EA offices during March.

The health checks will be carried out by Health Matters and will consist of a 30 minute one-to-one consultation.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain an overview of your health and avail of advice and guidance from a health practitioner on:-

  • Blood Pressure and Pulse
  • Body Composition
    • Body Mass Index
    • Basal Metabolic Rate
    • Muscle Vs Fat Percentage
    • Metabolic Age
  • Cholesterol
  • Diabetes and Cardiac Risk Assessment

If you are interested in availing of a health check then please select a location to register at your preferred office. Once you have registered, Health Matters will contact you to allocate a time for your health check.
